In full disclosure this is not how my day ended up looking like. I fell off track right around time my kids woke up from their nap. My son didn’t like his muffin so I ate it then I eat way too many egg noodles while I was making dinner to the point of where my stomach hurts. So I will be lucky if my calories overall end up equaling out for the day. Not exactly going to help me loose the weight that I’m wanting to loose but there are a couple positives from today. One, I didn’t say screw it and eat everything that I shouldn’t. I didn’t let myself go down that rabbit hole that’s all too easy to get into. Since I messed the evening might as well go crazy with it. I honestly used to feel that way but I’ve learn that today isn’t a lose, just not the best day. Also I’m hoping that the next time the noodles are calling my day I will remember how I feel right now so the next time I want to eat a bunch of noodles, I’ll resist the urge.
